Sinotau will present clinical research results of its independently developed novel alpha-particle radioligand therapy [225Ac]Ac-PSMA-XT for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) at this conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"692\" height=\"356\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sinotau.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/\u56fe\u7247.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5010\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sinotau.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/\u56fe\u7247.png 692w, https:\/\/www.sinotau.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/\u56fe\u7247-300x154.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 692px) 100vw, 692px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compared with beta-emitting radioligand therapies such as those using 177Lu, alpha-emitting 225Ac radiopharmaceuticals offer higher radiation energy and shorter pathlength, enabling more precise killing of tumor cells while minimizing damage to surrounding normal tissues, thus demonstrating greater therapeutic potential. With a novel molecular design, [225Ac]Ac-PSMA-XT exhibits excellent PSMA-targeting ability, tumor uptake, and retention characteristics.
